Madcap Hats and Accessories is a new shop which has opened in Crystal Beach. They make and sell hats ans clothing to approximately 100 shops across Canada. They are known for their quality and funky design with UV protection. Their winter line is both warm and attractive. Tori is the founder of the 'Hat of Hope' a free hat for women going through chemotherapy.
